User Document
The user document is intended for the day to day users of the MetroViz system. It describes the contents of each of the interfaces and breaks down how to perform daily tasks such as inputting and updating data, creating graphs, and using those graphs in support of reporting.

Maintenance Document
The maintenance document is directed toward the City Information Systems (CIS) department who will be in charge of installing, updating, and maintaining the delivered software. The document describes the system requirements for installing and running MetroViz and the tools that were used during development. It also describes the structure of the backend database and how it relates to each interface. An overview of the actual code is also provided to direct programmers where certain functions reside in case changes or additional maintenance is needed. It concludes with areas for future implementation and some broad guidelines for how to proceed.
