Matthew Sharpe

Matthew Sharpe is an admitted gear and outdoor junkie. Sitting idle is not in his daily regimen, and is likely to put him on edge. Rain or shine you'll find him outside, on his bike, with some kind of ball, or otherwise physically occupied.

HCI was an easy jump when he put together his computer science degree from the Virginia Military Institute and experience in public relations and writing. An outgoing person, Matt likes the user interaction and more personal feel of HCI as compared to traditional computer science. Currently employed by Science Applications International Corporation, Matt has also worked for the Boeing Corporation doing defense work for both employers.
